cant add my other accounts to the launcher...just gives a blank window with a cancel button bottom right. |

whats with all the yellow boxes on everything - if im running omega clones (which i am) why do I NEED TO KNOW what stuff is omega, please change this so it is only visible for the alpha clones, its pretty irritating.
Character sheet is just far too busy not sure who signed off on this design, but its absolutely terrible (sorry). |

could not agree more - why do we need to see this yellow box everywhere and why do we need to see this omega symbol everywhere??? we are paying customers. |

Quite clearly vast majority hate the new voice (i personally havent had audio enabled for 5 yrs and have no intention of changing that)
The new character sheet is GARBAGE who signed off on this? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change it back.
The orange / yellow borders and yellow omega icons on everything....WHY DO I NEED TO SEE THIS I AM PAYING YOU FOR THIS GAME, I DONT NEED TO SEE THIS.
Honestly your customer service REALLY REALLY needs improvement. |

thats a pretty terrible response to a PAYING CUSTOMER. This sort of response just highlights the VERY POOR customer service that CCP feel is acceptable. |

yep your right - as not a single response from a dev on this thread for over a day its time to cancel my 4 subs too.
CCP Falcon - this guy needs to remember without any customers he doesnt have a job. |

- Skill queue does not show training time multiplier anymore. It is important info i would like to have back on the main window please.

- Finally, it is very minor, but I think the skill queue would be read better if names were organized vertically :

I hope someone from CCP will read this and give it a thought. They are not big changes and I genuinely believe it would improve the game playability comfort a lot.
